Foam Cake Recipe:

1 tsp Vanilla

31g Corn Starch
8g Butter
Preparation:

Preparation:
- Warm Egg and Sugar to 22°C-24°C in a double boiler.
- Place in mixing bowl and whisk to ribbon stage.
- Sift flour and cornstarch together, adding gently, folding into sponge.
Gently stream in melted Butter. - Deposit into well greased pan.
- Bake at 204°C (400°F) for 23-25 mins.
