Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
Pinch of Salt
1/3 cup Unsalted butter
2 tbsp Vegetable shortening
1/4 cup Ice cold water
Procedure:

Procedure:
- Cut butter and shortening into the flour to the size of peas.
- Moisten the mixture to the point where it forms a small ball that holds together.
- Lightly flour work surface and roll 2/3 of the dough in a circular shape.
- Fold in half to place in pie plate.
- Unfold the dough to fill out the rest of the pie plate.
- Roll out second smaller ball of dough and place over pie filling.
- Press edges together.
- Cut the top of pie with small knife to make ventilation holes, then bake.
